  1. Once you place an order and need to cancel it, we cannot guarantee it can be cancelled before it has been shipped from the warehouse. 
  1. If we cannot cancel your order, you will need to follow the warranty and returns policy for your product brand after it has been delivered. 
  1. We recommend you read and fully understand the warranty and returns policy of the product(s) you purchased from us.

Bam Bikes Warranty

PURCHASED WITHIN THE UNITED STATES 

ELECTRIC WHEELS LLC warrants to the original owner of each new EWHEELS brand electric bicycle, when purchased directly from an authorized ELECTRIC WHEELS reseller, to be complete and that the following components will be free from defects in material and workmanship for the period indicated below.

WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR, SHIPPING DAMAGE, ALTERATIONS, MODIFICATIONS, MISUSE, NEGLECT OR ABUSE.

 

WARRANTY

EWHEELS branded electric bicycles: three months (90 days) from purchase date by the original owner. ELECTRIC WHEELS replacement or maintenance parts & accessories: One month (30 days) from purchase date when purchased directly from ELECTRIC WHEELS.

 

SPECIFIC WARRANTY ITEMS 

Tires and inner tubes are warranted to be free from manufacturing and material defects for One month (30 days). The tire and inner tube warranty does not include damage from normal road hazards, flat tires, tire cuts and the like, skid wear or blowouts from over inflation or other such misuse, or normal wear.

Batteries (factory-installed in an EWHEELS bike) are warranted to the original owner to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three months (90 days) from the date of purchase by the original owner. The battery warranty does not include damage from power surges, use of improper charger, improper maintenance or other such misuse, or normal wear. Batteries purchased as maintenance or accessory parts are warranted for One month (30 days) from the date of purchase by the original owner, when purchased directly from ELECTRIC WHEELS. 

 

ITEMS NOT COVERED 

Warranties are limited to replacement of parts and/or products determined by ELECTRIC WHEELS, at its sole discretion, to be defective. In cases where multiple components are missing, you may be redirected to the retailer for assistance. ELECTRIC WHEELS Limited Warranty does not cover or apply to the following: Normal wear and tear; any damage, failure and/or loss caused by accident, shipping damage, misuse, neglect, abuse and/or failure to follow instructions or warnings as stated on the product or in the applicable owner’s manual or other printed materials provided with the product; damage, failure and/or loss caused by the use of the product for stunt riding, ramp jumping, competition, off-road use, acrobatics, trick riding or other similar activities, or use in any other manner for which such products were not specifically designed. This warranty does not apply to any products or components, mechanical and/or electrical, which have in any way been altered from their original configuration by any person. ELECTRIC WHEELS will not be liable and/or responsible for any damage, failure or loss caused by any unauthorized service or use of unauthorized parts. The ELECTRIC WHEELS Limited Warranty does not cover or apply to any ELECTRIC WHEELS product used for rental or commercial purposes unless the specific product is designated, labeled or marketed by ELECTRIC WHEELS as acceptable for rental or commercial use. The ELECTRIC WHEELS Limited Warranty does not cover or apply to any ELECTRIC WHEELS product sold by a non-authorized reseller or retailer. The ELECTRIC WHEELS Limited Warranty does not cover or apply to any replacement, maintenance or accessory parts not sold directly by ELECTRIC WHEELS to the original retail purchaser.

 

WARRANTY CLAIMS 

Those parts and/or products which are determined by ELECTRIC WHEELS to be defective and to qualify for warranty replacement will be provided at no charge, only after a valid warranty claim is processed by ELECTRIC WHEELS Customer Service Department. Warranty claims must be made by the original purchaser by contacting the ELECTRIC WHEELS Customer Service  service@ewheelsdealers.com  within the warranty period (stated above). Standard Shipping & Handling fees will apply to all orders placed for warranty parts and/or products and will be charged to the customer/warranty claimant at the time said parts and/or products are shipped from ELECTRIC WHEELS. ELECTRIC WHEELS, at its sole discretion, has the option of replacing with a new part, or factory re-certified part. The Limited Warranty stated herein is in lieu of and expressly excludes all other warranties not expressly set forth herein, whether expressed or implied by law or otherwise, including, but not limited to, any warranties for merchantability and/or fitness for any particular purpose. ELECTRIC WHEELS shall in no event be liable or responsible for incidental or consequential losses, damages or expenses in connection with their products. The liability of ELECTRIC WHEELS hereunder is expressly limited to the replacement of goods complying with this warranty or at the sole discretion of ELECTRIC WHEELS to the repayment of an amount equivalent to the purchase price of the product in question.

Shipping & Handling fees will apply to all claims made under this warranty and will be charged to the claimant at the time products are shipped from ELECTRIC WHEELS distribution center.

We have hand-picked industry leading components that are extremely reliable. If you have any problems, our warranty policy is as follows: 

 

LIFETIME FRAME WARRANTY

We guarantee the quality of our bike frames with a lifetime warranty. 

 

ONE YEAR COMPONENT WARRANTY

All other component including store bought accessories warranty 1 year.
Battery warranty: After 2 years our battery will deliver 70% of initial capacity assuming 800 complete charge/discharge cycles

Warranty is valid only in Continental United States only.

CIVI BIKES RETURN POLICY 

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. 

 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@civibikes.com.

 

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@civibikes.com and send your item to: 4055, Eeat Guasti Rd. Ontario California US 91761.

 

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

 

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Emojo Warranty

Warranty & Return Policy:

 

EMOJO Return Policy:

EMOJO ’s return policy allows you to return your electric bicycle within 7 days from the date received for a refund or an exchange. Contact us at info@eridesusa.com for a Return and Exchange Authorization (REA) Form. Once REA is issued, we will email you a REA number with return instructions. You must have the REA number on the form when shipping back the bike.


Return Shipping Charge
a. If the unit was purchased with a free shipping promotion, customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.
b. If the bike is returned, EMOJO will issue a return shipping label. Previous shipping charges will be refunded.
c. The returned unit must be in a like-new condition, include all original packing, accessories and documentation. Any shipping damages during the return may incur a deduction from the total refund. The customer will be responsible for any damages during the return resulting in a deduction in your refund.
d. Returned units are subject to $100 restocking and inspection fee.
e. After Emojo receives, inspects and processes the returned bike, a refund will be issued in approximately 2-4 weeks.

 

EMOJO Warranty Policy:

To make a warranty claim always keep handy the vehicle model, date of purchase, vehicle serial number as well as information from the retailer where you purchased the vehicle from. The warranty is limited to the terms listed below:

Frame, Suspension, Motor: 1 year for parts. 3 months for labor Controller, Charger: 1 year for parts Battery: Warranty on the battery starts the date of purchase of the vehicle as new. The battery is sealed and cannot be opened or fixed. The battery should not have a percentage of nominal charge retention of 60% or less. Misuse of the battery, negligence or attempt to open or repair it will void the warranty.

General vehicle: The vehicle is backed up by a 1-year main warranty, certain components listed on this chart or consumables may be subject to a different period of coverage or not included in this warranty.

Consumables: Components subject to wear are not covered by the warranty: Tires, inner tubes, brake lines, brake pads, basket, wheel lining tape, light bulbs, LEDS, fuses, etc. If the warranty is void for any reason the customer shall bear any repair or replacement costs resulting from vehicle misuse, negligence or abuse. Always follow care and preventive maintenance procedures Always keep receipts from any services performed to the vehicle by an authorized distributor or service center.

 

The warranty will be voided by any of the following circumstances:
(1) Failure to follow all directions or recommendations listed in this booklet
(2) Cycling collision, accident or vehicle damage caused by careless parking or storage.
(3) Acts in violation of laws and regulations.
(4) Never performed service or maintenance on components
(5) DIY repairs on electronic components.
(6) Use the vehicle in off-road terrain, mud, snow, water, sand, gravel and water puddles.
(7) If vehicle is used as rental unit or taxi
(8) Damages caused by natural disasters such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, flooding and other hazards .

(9) Rust and/or paint fading caused to heavy exposure to rain, hail, snow or sunlight
(10)Overloading beyond recommended capacity .
(11)Damages caused by nails, needles, broken glass , debris , sharp rocks or other foreign objects .
(12)If vehicle is used but not limited to stunts, jumping from ramps, stairs or elevated surfaces.
(13)If vehicle is used in competitions or racing
(14)If vehicle has been modified for any purposes on the motor, electrical system, suspension frame, wheels.
(15) Use of other components not approved by the manufacturer
(16)Damages resulted from improper transportation Due to the nature of the product some components must be exclusive from the manufacturer such as but not limited to the battery, motor, main gauge cluster, controllers, Led headlights, brake drums and pads etc. Other components such as tires, tubes, saddle, racks, basket may be used from market-ready or compatible products previous approval from the retailer or manufacturer. 

 

E-Wheels Warranty

EW-Remo, EW-01, EW-02, EW-07, EW-08, EW-11, EW-20, EW-21, EW-29, EW-32, EW-36, EW-37, EW-38, EW-42, EW-44, EW-52, EW-54, EW-66, EW-72, EW-74

Three Year Limited Warranty

Three (3) years from the date of purchase on all structural frame components; Seat post and frame. 

One Year Limited Warranty

One (1) Year from the date of purchase, if any part or electronic component of the scooter is found upon examination to be defective in material and/or workmanship, it will be replaced at E-Wheels’ discretion. 

The batteries are warranted by E-Wheels for 2 months after the purchase of the Unit.

Labor and service calls are NOT included: The purchaser is responsible for the delivery to the authorized repair facility. Satisfactory proof of purchase is always required for warranty service. Please contact the dealer/company from whom you purchased your E-Wheels product.

SHIPPING - DOMESTIC: Parts will be provided under warranty at no charge. All warranty items will be shipped via UPS Ground. Shipping fees will be at the expense of the purchaser. 

SHIPPING - INTERNATIONAL: Parts will be provided under warranty at no charge, but shipping to any offshore and/or international location will be the responsibility of the purchaser. International and offshore end-users must contact E-Wheels directly to initiate the warranty process. 

ONE-YEAR WARRANTY EXCEPTIONS 

MOTOR: In cases where there is an increase in the operational noise level, the warranty does not apply.  

(An increase in operational noise level usually occurs due to excessive strain on the scooter). 

SERVICE: Warranty service can be performed by E-Wheels or by an authorized service facility. Do not return faulty parts to E-Wheels without prior consent. A request for a Return Authorization is required prior to returning items. All transportation costs and shipping damage incurred while submitting units and/or parts for repair or replacement are the responsibility of the original purchaser. 

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS: This warranty is only given to the original purchaser of the Scooter. 

This Warranty excludes:  

Battery Charger: The charger carries a 30 day warranty.   

Consumable items which may need replacing due to normal wear and tear (tires, tubes, belts, bulbs, upholstery and seating, throttle, brakes, motor brushes, fuses, plastic shrouds and footrest covers) 

Damaged caused by: battery fluid spillage or leakage, abuse, misuse, accident, negligence, improper operation, excessive loading, maintenance, storage, commercial use, or use other than normal. 

Used other than for the purpose of the purchaser’s mobility.  

Repairs and/or modifications made to any part of the scooter without specific and prior consent from E-Wheels. 

Labor, service calls, shipping (including warranty claims), and other charges incurred for repair of the product are not approved by E-Wheels unless authorized. 

Batteries: Batteries carry a limited warranty which is subject to a stringent wear and tear clause. Any battery faults due to a defect in the original manufacture will normally become obvious within the first two months of use. Any gradual deterioration in performance after this period is normally associated with fair wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage and as such is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. There is no other express warranty. 

Implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to one (1) year from the date of the original purchase and to the extent permitted by law. Any and all implied warranties are excluded. This is the exclusive remedy. Liabilities for consequential damages under any and all warranties are excluded.

X-Treme Warranty

Bicycles Warranty Policy:

X-Treme offers a standard ONE Year limited warranty against manufacturer defect and workmanship on all model bicycles and their components that are purchased directly from X-Treme or an authorized Dealer. Original purchase receipt is required to establish proof of purchase and establish warranty start date.

X-Treme will NOT offer a warranty on any products purchased from second hand sellers, non-authorized Dealers, products that are purchased used or products that are purchased via outlet centers. X-Treme will offer free lifetime technical support access on these products & if parts are needed but those parts may be purchased from X-Treme.

12 Month (ONE YEAR) Warranty & Lifetime Frame Warranty models include (Effective June 1st, 2018):

The warranty starts the day the bicycle is delivered to you. This warranty covers factory defects and defaults only. This warranty does not cover misuse or broken parts caused by the user or by any other event. This warranty will pay for standard shipping service costs on the first & second warranty shipment only. Any additional warranty parts that are needed will require the customer to pay all shipping costs.

 

X-Treme does offer additional warranties for purchase to extend your warranty period. Available for purchase are ONE Year Extended Warranty and LIFETIME Extended Warranty. Yes! X-Treme will offer the option to extend your warranty for the entire life of your bicycle! No other brand offers this extensive warranty. For more information please see the section below EXTENDED WARRANTY OPTIONS.

 

X-Treme Scooter Warranties:

X-Treme offers a 30-Day limited warranty against manufacturer's defect and workmanship on the City Rider and its components that is purchased from direct from X-Treme or an authorized dealer. Original purchase receipt required to establish proof of purchase and establish warranty start date.

X-Treme offers a ONE-Year limited warranty (Effective June 1st, 2018) against manufacturer's defect and workmanship on the XG-575-DS Signature Series and its components that is purchased from direct from X-Treme or an authorized dealer. Original purchase receipt required to establish proof of purchase and establish warranty start date.

1. Engines ARE covered. Each engine is started, tuned up and tested before we ship the gas scooter to you. Failure to premix oil with the gas voids the engine warranty.

2. Pull starters are not covered. Spare scooter pull starters can be purchased online via our website.

3. Tires, tubes & flat tires are not covered unless damaged during shipping. (Damage must be reported to us immediately.)

Defective engines must be returned to X-Treme Scooters at the customers expense & will be replaced if X-Treme Scooters determines the engine is defective due to a factory defect. X-Treme Scooters will pay the shipping cost to send the replacement engine to the customer.  Parts are subject to change based on updates, so the original part with the bike may be replaced with a different style, part # or or updated design if needed.

Battery Warranty: We offer a full ONE Year warranty on all bicycle batteries to the original purchaser. City Rider battery is limited to 6 months (180 days). Your battery is warranted for any manufacturer defect in material or workmanship. The battery will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Original proof of purchase is required to establish proof of purchase and warranty effective date.

X-Treme requires that defective batteries be returned to us for repair or exchange. X-Treme does not pay the shipping fees to return the batteries to us however we will pay to ship the batteries back to you. Limited Warranty Details:

What is covered & what is not covered:
1. Shipping damage: Should your item arrive with damage that is a direct result of the assigned shipping carriers mishandling, X-Treme will replace those damaged parts free of charge under warranty as long as the damage is reported immediately after delivery. In the event that the damage is determined to be extensive, (digital photos may be required by email), at X-Treme’s discretion and after careful consideration, X-Treme may arrange to have the item picked up and returned to X-Treme for free replacement. ElectricBicycle.com will provide technical support via phone or through our Support Help Desk to assist customers with the replacement of parts but will not pay labor charges to install such parts. Parts are subject to change based on updates, so the original part with the bike may be replaced with a different style or model if needed to correct the issue.

Freight Shipping Note: The trucking company will contact you by phone to schedule your appointment for delivery (or pick up at terminal). For Business and Residential Delivery, the item will be delivered to the end of your loading dock/driveway and will not be moved into your business, home or garage. You must be present to accept delivery. Missed delivery appointments are subject to charges for additional delivery attempt.

Please inspect the item for any visible damages upon delivery as any damage must be noted on the delivery receipt in order to be eligible for damage claims. Do not refuse the shipment. Please notify our Customer Service Department immediately after delivery if damage has occurred.

2. Tires, tubes & kick stands: These items are NOT covered unless they are damaged as a result of shipping.

3. During your applicable warranty period: X-Treme will replace any defective part free of charge and free of shipping charge to the original purchaser of the bicycle. We may require certain parts to be returned to X-Treme before replacing those parts. Shipping costs back to X-Treme must be paid for by the customer. Call tags or return shipping labels will not be issued. If customer refuses replacement parts or tech support assistance, then the return policy will apply.

 

X-TREME Bicycles & Scooters Return Policy:

15 DAY RETURN POLICY (Satisfaction Guarantee)
If during the first 15 days you choose to return merchandise purchased from X-Treme for a replacement/exchange or refund, please review the terms and conditions below.

Return Terms and Conditions:
Refunds will be for 100% of the entire purchase price including the original shipping costs.

Extended Warranties purchased will be 100% refunded when a bicycle is returned for a refund; within the extended warranty period only.

At the discretion of X-Treme, a restocking fee of 15% may be deducted from refunds for items returned in their original condition within 15 days of purchase including but not limited to unauthorized returns.

Customer is responsible for returning merchandise at their own expense.

Merchandise must be received in 100% new, re-sellable condition. Merchandise is not eligible for refund if it has been ridden, worn, used, abused or damaged in any way. Merchandise must arrive complete (including warranty cards, manuals, accessories, promotional items, etc.) and in the original packaging.

 

Scratches & Minor Shipping Imperfections: If minor scratches or imperfections occur during shipping, X-Treme will provide touch up paint to resolve the matter. If customer wishes to return product due to minor scratches or imperfections caused during shipping, customer is responsible for returning merchandise at their own expense.

Customer must initiate return shipment of the merchandise within 15 days of the purchase date.

Preparing your product for Authorized RMA return shipment:
1. Re-pack the merchandise securely in its original packaging, include the original contents of the box, warranty cards, manuals, accessories, promotional items, etc.
2. Include a copy of your invoice.
3. Include a copy of your RMA notice you received from us via our support department help desk.
4. Clearly print your RMA # on the return shipping label on the outside of the box. For your protections we recommend all returns be sent via UPS, FedEx, DHL or other courier that issues a tracking number. We also recommend that the shipment is ensured. The customer is responsible for damage or loss during return shipping.
*Freight collect and COD packages will not be accepted.

Signature Required Option:
We require a Signature Required Service for all orders over $500. If this service is denied by the customer we will not be responsible for packages that have been left at the recipient's door and consequently lost and/or Stolen.

 

Lifetime Technical Support:
Lifetime technical support is provided to each customer that purchases an X-Treme Scooters & Bicycles. To access X-Treme's technical support department click on this link http://support.x-tremescooters.com/. After a support ticket has been opened a technician will respond to your ticket and an e-mail will be sent to you. If you would like to speak to a technician by phone, include your phone number on the ticket and ask the technician to contact you. Tickets are answered in the order received. Your initial posting puts you in line for the next technician to assist you. Should you post to your ticket before a technician responds, you will move your ticket to the bottom of the list so to ensure a quick reply, do not to post again until a tech replies to you.

EXTENDED WARRANTY OPTIONS:
We offer two different options to extend the warranty period of your bicycle.
$74.95 - ONE Year Extended Warranty: This warranty begins the day after your original manufacturer warranty ends. We will warrant all components of your bicycle to be free of manufacturer defect and workmanship. Batteries warranty will be on a prorated basis, see chart below - refer to months 1 - 24. Shipping & Handling is not included, beyond the original standard warranty period, and will be the responsibility of the customer. Warranty applies to original bicycle purchaser. Original receipt of purchase required.

$149.95 - LIFETIME Extended Warranty: This warranty begins the day after your original manufacturer warranty ends. This warranty will last the ENTIRE life of the bicycle! We will warrant all components of your bicycle to be free of manufacturer defect and workmanship. Batteries warranty will be on a prorated basis, see chart below. Tires & Tubes are covered in this warranty! This means if you puncture your tube you are covered! Tires will be replaced when worn or due to manufacturer defect not to exceed one set per year. Tube replacement will remain at X-Treme’s discretion not to exceed sensible amount. Shipping & Handling is not included, beyond the original standard warranty, period and will be the responsibility of the customer. Warranty applies to original bicycle purchaser. Original receipt of purchase required.

NAKTO Warranty Policy:

Every NAKTO EBIKE is covered under Nakto's manufacturer's one year warranty for the original owner against all manufacturing defects. Warranty part will only be shipped within USA, if you purchased an ebike and had it then shipped to another country, parts will only be sent to the country in which the bike was originally sent. NAKTO warrants this product, including all individual components against defects in material or workmanship as follows:

 

NAKTO ELECTRIC BIKES LIMITED 1 YEAR WARRANTY

NAKTO’ bicycle components including main parts including: motor, battery, controller, throttle, brake and PAS system. They are warranted to be free from manufacturer defects in materials and/or workmanship for a 1 year period from the date of original purchase.

 

WHAT WILL NAKTO DO TO CORRECT PROBLEMS WITH YOUR BIKE?

If a component is deemed to be defective or damaged without user error Nakto will issue a replacement part. Nakto will assist you in replacing any defective part. Nakto will replace any parts deemed to have been damaged during shipping. Nakto will provide the owner a replacement product if the product can not be repaired after a reasonable number of tries as determined by NAKTO EBIKES.

 

WHAT WILL NAKTO NOT DO?

NAKTO will not replace any part without first seeing photos or video of the damaged part. Nakto will not offer warranty service to second owners. Nakto will not replace any part damaged by the user. Nakto will not pay for any third party service or part replacement unless agreed upon prior to the fix. Nakto will not pay for return shipping on any damaged or defective product or component.

NAKTO will not cover any damage that may occur during shipping if the owner sets up their own shipping option or if the bike is shipped using a freight forwarder or similar service.

TERMS OF WARRANTY: This warranty only applies to the original owner of a NAKTO bicycle. This warranty is expressly limited to the replacement of defective parts at the sole discretion of NAKTO. This warranty does not cover any damage or defects resulting from failure to follow instructions in the owner’s manual, acts of God, accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, commercial use, alterations, modification, improper assembly, wear and tear, installation of parts or accessories not originally intended or compatible with the bicycle as sold, operator error, water damage, extreme riding, stunt riding, or improper follow-up maintenance. Only in extreme cases will an entire replacement bike be issued, in these cases the original bike may have to ship to the NAKTO facility for inspection/repairs before a new bike is sent out. If repairs can be made, a new bike will not always be sent. This warranty does not include consumables or normal wear and tear parts (tires, tubes, brake pads, cables and housing, grips). NAKTO will not be liable and/or responsible for any damage, failure or loss caused by any unauthorized service or use of unauthorized parts. Shipping damage must be reported to NAKTO within a reasonable amount of time after shipment arrival. In no event shall NAKTO be responsible for any direct, indirect or consequential damages, including without limitation, damages for personal injury, property damage, or economic losses, whether based on contract, warranty, negligence, or product liability in connection with their products.

 

CLAIMS: All claims to this warranty must be made through NAKTO. Proof of purchase may be required with any warranty request. Before making a warranty claim, we suggest that you contact Nakto's technical support service team at naktousa@gmail.com as there may be a simple fix for your problem. Valid warranty claims will be processed through NAKTO within one year of initial purchase. Warranty claims may be submitted to naktousa@gmail.com.

 

SHIPPING DAMAGE CLAIMS: IMMEDIATELY inspect your product(s) for damage. Freight damage claims are extremely time sensitive. We will not accept freight damage claims later than 30 days from receipt of product. Note any damage to your product(s) on the Bill of Lading before you and the driver sign-off on the shipment. Take pictures of any damage that is found, and date the images when possible. Keep all packaging and paperwork until the inspection process is complete. Whenever possible, report damage claims within 10 days of delivery to a NAKTO' customer service representative. Please contact their Technical Support Department at naktousa@gmail.com for return/replacement instructions.

 

NAKTO Return Policy:

YOU MAY RETURN YOUR PURCHASE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY FOR A FULL REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE, MINUS THE SHIPPING AND HANDLING TO AND FROM AND A RESTOCKING FEE OF 15%-25% BASED ON THE CONDITION OF THE RETURNED ITEM.

Please contact eRides USA to request a return by emailing us at info@eridesusa.com and we will assist you in obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form for completion. Returns will not be accepted without a completed form which will require photos/videos and documentation from a certified service mechanic. Once you have completed and submitted the R.M.A form, you will receive a confirmation email within 2 business days. You will then receive a return label with a R.M.A number and shipping label. You must return the merchandise within 5 business days of receiving the R.M.A. It is your financial responsibility to return the item to the address specified.

Shipping collect and COD packages will not be accepted.

If you do not have the original packaging, manuals, or the item is slightly used we will not accept the merchandise; you will be subject to the restocking fee that is based on the condition. We do not accept any return vehicle that has any sustained damages while in the customers possession.

*15% restocking fee is applied to new, unused vehicles.
* 25% - 35% restocking fee may be applied according to the condition of used vehicles.

*This guarantee will not warrant returns on items that are damaged, have had alterations of any kind, or have been used or maintained in a way that is not recommended by the manufacturer.

* If you have received your vehicle for more than 14 calendar days and it has been in use, you will not be eligible for return, refund or replacement. You can send the vehicle or parts to Nakto at your own expense; Nakto will repair it and send it back to you at your cost. 

* In order to keep you completely satisfied and maintain rock bottom prices, our shipping expenses are neither refundable nor reimbursed for any reason. This includes all freight charges: the first shipment and return. Original freight expense will be deducted from your refund. 

* Items that will NOT be accepted for return will be:

Registered vehicles
All accessories
Damaged units caused by customer
Floor Model Clearance, Refurbished or used items
Unauthorized return subject to variable restock fees based on the condition.
