DO YOUR ELECTRIC BIKES REQUIRE ASSEMBLY?
The electric bikes we stock are 95% assembled. There are a few adjustments, but it is a simple process and will take only 30 minutes to 1 hour.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card and PayPal.

WHAT DOES SHIPPING COST?
All orders from eRidesUSA.com come with complimentary FREE shipping!
WHEN WILL MY BIKE SHIP?
All orders ship within 1-3 business. If there are any delays we will update you by email.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
To cancel an order before it has shipped, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. There is a restocking fee of 5% on the original order total.
HOW DO I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping notification email with tracking number. With this tracking number you will be able to get up to date information about your shipment. Simply click on the tracking number in your shipping notification email and you will be directed to relevant information about your shipment. Most of the time tracking estimates are accurate, but are subject to change due to carrier, weather etc.
DOES MY ELECTRIC BIKE COME WITH A BATTERY CHARGER?
All electric bikes we offer comes with a FREE battery charger, that is specially suited to charge your bike’s electric battery.
DO I HAVE TO DRAIN MY BATTERY COMPLETELY BEFORE I RECHARGE IT?
Modern battery technology allows you to charge your battery at any charge level. You are not required to fully discharge it in order to extend battery life. In fact, we recommend keeping your batteries fully charged whenever possible.
I'M LOOKING FOR A PART AND CAN'T FIND IT ON YOUR WEBSITE. DO YOU HAVE IT?

IS IT LEGAL TO RIDE AN ELECTRIC BIKE WHERE I LIVE?
Rules and regulations for electric bikes vary from state to state. Please contact your local law enforcement agency to for more information.
WHO DO I CALL IF I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY BIKE?

WHAT DO I DO IF I WANT TO RETURN MY BIKE?
Return policies are manufacturer specific. Please refer to the warranty page for specific manufacturer return policies. If you still have questions after that, just drop us an email at email@example.com.
I RECEIVED MY BICYCLE AND IT HAS SHIPPING DAMAGE, WHAT DO I DO?
When your item(s) arrive, please inspect the packaging. If there are any signs of damage, you should make a note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) arrives damaged, please take a photo of the damage and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please do not refuse shipment or assemble the bike before you get an update from us.
WHAT IS THE PROCESS OF RECEIVING DELIVERY?
- Track your delivery status with your delivery notification email.
- When you receive delivery, do this:
Check for packaging damage - check for holes, water stain and tears. Does the packaging show signs it has been opened already?
- If the packaging is damaged, then:
Make a note of the damage on the delivery receipt and accept the delivery. Please do not refuse shipment.
Note down all damages on the delivery receipt and have the driver sign his full name. After he signs, you sign too.
- Unpack and check for missing or damaged parts:
If you find any missing or damaged parts, contact us at email@example.com.
Do not assemble your bicycle until you hear back from us about the missing or damaged part.
