Shipping And Returns

ORDER CONFIRMATION

As soon as you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means we have received your order and pre-authorized payment from your credit card. When we have received your order, we will reach out to suppliers to confirm availability of the item(s). This can take up to 24 hours to process.

If your item(s) is available, we will charge your credit card and prepare the item(s) to be shipped to you immediately.

If your item(s) is unavailable, we will void pre-authorization and not charge your credit card.

You will receive email updates about your order. 

ORDER SHIPMENT

FREE SHIPPING applies to the lower 48 US states only, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Most orders ship via UPS or FedEx and will arrive at your doorstep within 3-5 business days from the ship date.

When you complete checking out, your order will be queued in our order fulfilment process. After your order is fulfilled, we will email you a tracking number. You can use the order tracking number to find out exactly where your shipment is at any time. From there, it is a short wait before the bike reaches you.

A signature is required when your parcel is delivered. If you are not available at the time of deliver, a card will be left for you to collect the parcel from the nearest shipping carrier location.

Orders received past 1 PM EST Friday / Saturdays / Sundays will be processed on Monday mornings, while orders received on public holidays or after 1PM EST on weekdays, will be processed the following business day.

Delivery times stated on our website or by our customer service representatives are only an estimate and is not guaranteed. We will do our best to deliver your order in a timely manner, but we are not responsible for shipping delays, which can be due to a number of reasons e.g. shipping carrier, delivery destination, weather.

To ensure smooth delivery, please provide:

  • A detailed and correct delivery address
  • A mobile number you can be contacted

If the parcel is lost or returned due to an incorrect delivery address, the customer shall bear full responsibility. We may reach out to you by phone or email to confirm and verify your delivery address or phone number. We also cannot change the delivery address once the parcel has been shipped out.  

DAMAGES

IMPORTANT – When your item(s) arrive, please inspect the packaging. If there are any signs of damage, you should make a note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) arrives damaged, please take a photo of the damage and email it to info@eridesusa.com. We will process the insurance claim on your behalf. 

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Cancellations - All orders cancelled after 48 hours will have a $20 administration fee and 5% fee to cover the credit card processing charge, whether or not your order has been shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for return shipping charges. 

Returns – If you want to return a shipment, it must be within 7 days of the delivery date. The item(s) must be 100% new and in a re-sellable condition. If the item(s) has been assembled or used, it is not eligible for a refund. Electronic parts are not eligible for a refund. 

Item(s) must be returned in its original box and packaging. It is should also contain all items as when delivered i.e. including warranty cards, manuals, accessories, promotional items, etc.). You (the buyer) are responsible for the cost of returns. 

Preparing Returns – Re-pack item(s) securely, and include original contents on the box, warranty cards, manuals, accessories, promotional items, etc. Include a photocopy of your original invoice. 

Please use a reliable carrier e.g. UPS or FedEx and make sure you get a tracking number. Also insure your shipment to protect you from damage or loss during return shipment. Freight collect and COD packages will not be accepted. 

What to Expect After Returning – Once your item(s) is returned, you will receive a refund via the account which the payment was made within four weeks. 

All refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee, 30% for freight shipped items, and shipping charges are non-refundable. If the item is shipped for free, the actual cost of shipment will be deducted from the refund amount.

On refused or undeliverable items, the actual cost of shipment will be deducted (both ways). At the discretion of eRidesUSA.com, returns which do not follow these guidelines may be refused and require the customer to pay return shipping and handling fees, or if accepted, may be subject to an additional restocking fee of 15%.
